Who We Are  
What makes our Youth Group different than any other club at school or in the community? Because of our focus on Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Here, we talk about ways to walk in the footsteps of Jesus, spread love like Jesus did, and become better followers of Jesus.

Meet Our Youth Director
 Hello! My name is Leslie Spettel and I am the Youth Director here at Saint Peter Lutheran. I am so excited to be a part of the Saint Peter family! I am originally from Convoy, Ohio, where I grew up attending Trinity Lutheran Evangelical Church. I attended Capital University for my undergrad in Middle Childhood Education. I taught in South-Western City Schools in Grove City, Ohio for 5 years while also serving as a Youth Leader at Advent Lutheran Church in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Now, I live in Norwalk with my husband Pat, our dog, Duke and our cat, Nugget. I am a teacher at Edison Middle School as well as a Master’s of Education student at Ashland University. I love that I am given the opportunity to pursue both my passions in life: teaching and youth directing!

 Our Youth Group is made up of students in grades 6-12. If you are interested in becoming a part of our Youth Group, please feel free to e-mail Leslie Spettel at leslie.spettel@gmail.com or call Saint Peter directly to get more information. 

YOUTH GROUP NEWS
The youth group is gearing up for our first fundraiser of the new year with our Souper Bowl of Caring! On February 3rd, the youth will be collecting money to donate to Souper Bowl of Caring's goal to end hunger. Please if you are able, plan on bringing a monetary donation on February 3rd.
 
In other news, we would like to reach out to our members who are currently away at college by creating for them a Valentine's Day care package . If you have a college student in your family, please e-mail Leslie their names and college addresses at leslie.spettel@gmail.com.
